John Edward Campbell

John Edward Campbell is a Yoga
Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who recently completed 200
hours of training at Ananda Seva Mission in Santa Rosa, California.
John's core style is Sahaj yoga, a gentle, individual-focused yoga
practice in the lineage of North Indian Tantra and Classical Ashtanga.
Sahaj emphasizes breath and concentration as the foundation for asanas,
building a yoga practice from the inside out.
As a meditation teacher whose own meditation practice spans over
thirty years, John encourages his students to look inside to find out
what they can bring to yoga and what benefits they can derive from it.
"People often feel that they have to tie themselves in a knot to
practice yoga," says John "but it's really about doing what's right
for your body. When you find the yoga style that's right for you, you
feel great every time you practice."
You can reach John at (760) 409-6906 or visit his website at

Nancie Larson
Angela Raney
Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance

Angela's
introduction to "the pearl" of yoga was at a Buddhist retreat center in
rural southern New Hampshire in the early 1980's.
Angela teaches an eclectic blend of different yoga styles that is most
heavily influenced by the Iyengar school, which put an emphasis on proper
physical alignment and breathing.
She encourages the use of modified poses and props to make the healing
benefits of yoga accessible to all regardless of age, body type, health
status or physical ability. "I believe that Yoga truly is a multi-layered 'pearl' that has something
of value to offer to anyone who is willing to take the time and make the
effort to study it." |

Virginia Vadeboncouer (Jesenya)

I have always been in dance, jazz, tap,
and ballet, and then became very interested in teaching dance/fitness,
so I became certified with AFAA and ACE and have been certified for 26
years. I have been teaching most of my adult life. I love teaching jazz,
tap, and pilates. I have also taught Yoga, Ballet stretch classes,
sculpting, and step classes. My ULTIMATE LOVE is BELLYDANCING. I get the
most pleasure from seeing my students learn the basics of bellydancing
and actually start to "feel" the music and dance it. Its awesome,
everybody should try at least one class to see what they have been
missing. Class members are
welcome to join a troupe who dance with Jesenya at the Dancing Greek
restaurant. Please see www.dancinggreek.com
